From the station to Weber Road
The Romeoville station sits at 899 E. Romeo Road, near 135th Street and New Avenue. It opened in February 2018 on Metra's Heritage Corridor, which runs on weekdays between Joliet and Chicago Union Station, according to the Village of Romeoville's station page. Metra lists both permit and daily parking lots at the stop.
Romeoville sits in the middle of the line. Heading toward Chicago, trains stop at Lemont, Willow Springs and Summit before Union Station; heading the other way, they stop at Lockport and then Joliet. Whichever direction you ride, you come back to the same lot, and the drive to us starts there.
From the lot, the drive is a simple one. Follow Romeo Road to Veterans Parkway, then take Veterans Parkway into Bolingbrook to Weber Road. Google Maps measured it at 7.3 miles and about 18 minutes in usual traffic. Rush hour changes that, so check your own route before you pull out.

Every smoothie is blended with water and ice instead of milk or yogurt, so it's dairy-free without asking. The one exception is the 32 oz Muscle build. It adds BCAAs and 12g more protein, but its protein powder isn't dairy-free. A 6g Fiber add-on works on any of the six, if 5g or 10g isn't enough.
Picking one for the time of day
Before a morning train. We open at 6:30 AM every weekday. A 24 oz smoothie with 20g of protein is a breakfast you can drink on the platform. If you'd rather have one that holds you longer, size up to the 32 oz Muscle build, keeping the dairy note above in mind.
After the ride home. If your train gets you back on a Wednesday or Thursday evening, we're open until 7:30 PM, and those are also the nights of our Zumba class, which is open to the public. The other weekdays we close at 6 PM.
Want caffeine? That's what our LIT TEAs are for: 160mg in a 24 oz cup, with under 1g of sugar.
Order ahead before you leave the lot
The easiest way to skip the wait is to order online for pickup before you start the car. Pick it up at the counter, or ask for curbside and we'll bring it out.
The Heritage Corridor doesn't run on weekends, but we do on Saturday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. We're closed on Sunday.
Fuel Up Energy Cafe is family-owned and sits at 325 N Weber Rd, Bolingbrook, IL 60490, a short drive up Veterans Parkway from the Romeoville station.
